I am the best boxing coach in Miami, having over 18 years of boxing experience and over 5 years of teaching experience. Boxing is my biggest passion.

I have taught people from 12 to 90 years old and all skill levels. I understand the importance of providing personalized boxing instruction for each person to deliver the best experience possible.

I created this project because I want to give people the emotion and motivation to move on. I can help them to be fit, healthy, and what is very important - to be happy and smile every day. I want to inspire people to be the best version of themselves.

how is everything arranged?

What's in A Bootcamp?
Both recordings and live classes

  • The marathon is collective and synchronous for all participants (but you can do classes at your convenient time). You will have a supportive and understanding community!

Involvement and engagement

  • All materials are available, so you can work out at your own pace.
  • The program is designed to allow you to practice anywhere - at the gym, outdoors, at home, or in the garage.
  • A minimum set of required equipment (we've set a low bar of requirements to get you started. If you like a marathon, you can improve your set)
  • Minimum time requirements. Classes last about 30 minutes, which is significantly less than a standard fitness routine, but is more efficient in terms of intensity, energy output, and effect. You will be able to work out at any minimum time slot available

  • These are not standard boring fitness exercises. It's about emotion, interest, and engagement
  • Ivan is well known for his engaging and energetic approach, and you'll get his energy during these classes!

Each week:
  • 1 Special physical training
  • 2 Boxing training under the direction of the World Champion Ivan “The Beast” Baranchyk

First Week:

Lesson #1
  • Welcome to the boxing world. Let’s start to become healthy, happy, and self confident in every aspect of our life. You will learn a lot of punches, their variations and use them in a dynamic workout with the World Champion.

Lesson #2
  • You walk or run every day somewhere and you need to improve your skills of movement, to strengthen your legs muscles and at the same time burn a lot of calories with my amazing Agility Ladder Speed training.

Lesson #3
  • Let's go to the next step and learn the same time with me Simple Combinations in Boxing. It will give you strength all day long and save your time from boring fitness.

Second week:

Lesson #4
  • If your wife is tired carrying packages from a grocery store, this is training 100% for you. We're gonna increase power in your hands and shoulders. Not too hard exercises with the small weight makes your wife happy and your punch stronger.

Lesson #5
  • How often do you step over the fence on the street, or jump over a puddle? I tell you – a lot. And every time you doubt your abilities. Don’t worry, I will help you. Spesial workout with Aerobic Stepper you forget forever about it.

Lesson #6
  • Very important in boxing is your defense. My coach tells me every time: “Better if you throw one punch and skip no one then if you throw 101 and miss 100 punches”. We're gonna learn more about Under Roll.

Third week:

Lesson #7
  • Your brain can’t remember what you did yesterday and how it remembers long combinations in boxing? I know the answer for this question: we divide this combo on the single punches and add the to each punch to each round. Sounds perfect, let’s start.

Lesson #8
  • How to increase your speed, explosive power and at the same time keep a straight posture? Easy, very easy. Follow my training with the rubber and you will see your progress in the future.

Lesson #9
  • Workout on a heavy bag with the special stipulation. We are gonna improve your meadle, short distance and learn new combinations in Boxing.

Fourth week:

Lesson #10
  • “There is no limit to perfection”. Another great Workout on the heavy bag. We are gonna use all punches and realize them in boxing combinations.

Lesson #11
  • If you want to improve your endurance, why do you still sit on the sofa? Let’s go to the stadium or somewhere when you can run sprints. We're gonna do a lot of sprints and your legs will be sore on the next two days.

Lesson #12
  • And the last training will be on a heavy bag. We will check how you are doing after a hard 3 weeks workout with me. Amazing workout on a heavy bag at the end of the online boot camp.
